Gottfried von Einem Serenade

Gottfried von Einem, one of the great opera composers of the 20th century, also set numerous poems written by his wife Lotte Ingrisch to music. One of these song cycles, the "Leib-und Seelensongs" (body and soul songs), will be presented together with works by Franz Schubert and other literary samples from the work of Lotte Ingrisch. The cast is unusual: Volksoper tenor Robert Bartneck will be accompanied on the guitar by Armin Egger for this occasion. Also present:  actress and cultural award winner Sophie Aujesky.
